Gica is the market leader in the production and distribution of fresh consumer eggs in Macedonia. A very diverse company, Gica also produces and distributes animal feed, pasta, and fresh chicken. At the core of Gica’s business is its cooperative structure with private farms in the Ohrid and Struga regions that provide Gica with chickens and buy Gica feed. Gica also owns several restaurants featuring Gica products and runs a “small business incubator program” by renting building space to small businesses. Gica is a prominent business in the Ohrid region and is an active contributor to the community.
