Lubreski
Mr. Lubreski is responsible for the day to day financial reporting,
including cash management, budgeting, of SEAF. He is also responsible for
the financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with management
agreements, for the multiple funds that SEAF manages.
Prior to joining SEAF, Mr. Lubreski was employed at UltraDNS, a
provider of managed DNS services. Initially joining the company as
Corporate Controller, Mr. Lubreski was promoted shortly thereafter to Vice
President of Operations. With over 12 years of operational and financial
management expertise, he was primarily responsible for resources supporting
UltraDNS' quality of service levels. Mr. Lubreski oversaw the management of
the operational support system that enabled advanced tracking, billing, and
customer support connected with the Internet directory services. His
strategic focus included planning the operational and network requirements
required for the company's future directory services initiatives.
Prior to joining UltraDNS, Mr. Lubreski held the position of
Corporate Controller for Critical Path Inc., a publicly traded Internet
infrastructure company. As the ninth employee, he headed all financial,
accounting, and human resource functions, and was instrumental in leading
the company to its successful IPO in March 1999. Mr. Lubreski also held management
positions at Newspage, a publicly held Internet company that has since been
acquired by another public company, Coopers and Lybrand in Warsaw
Poland,
and Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Lubreski received a BS from St.
Joseph?s University in Pennsylvania
and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers
University in New Jersey. Mr. Lubreski is a CPA.
