Our People and Our Values
Success is the creation of new wealth, rather than the redistribution of existing wealth. Simply put, our objective is to deliver superior risk adjusted rates of return while fulfilling a mission is to increase the size of the economic pie.
People

For more than 15 years SEAF and its people have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to delivering upon this objective with:

Dedicated – From the early days in Central and Eastern Europe to the more recently established funds in Asia and Latin America, the people of SEAF have dedicated themselves to building local companies as a means to meet the needs of all stakeholders including investors, entrepreneurs, employees, and the communities in which each company operates.

Disciplined – A challenging investing environment coupled with our desire and that of our investors to instill transparency and good governance requires rigorous processes and systems. Throughout its history SEAF has been able to create and continuously improve upon the human and electronic processes through which we manage our global portfolio.

Resourceful – a requisite for investing in local companies is innovation, and being able to structure deals in ways that provide win-win solutions for all parties in the investment chain. Providing cost effective post investment assistance is another example of how the SEAF team must be resourceful, drawing on a strong network of advisors to help build a local company and enhance its value.
